At T2 Tea, we want you to love your brew; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that for food safety reasons, tea products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your tea is unopened with the seal intact, or that your teaware is in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely package the items to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package back to our warehouse via a trackable service; once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
